My favorite literary alien is undoubtedly J.Lo the Boov from Adam Rex’s masterpiece THE TRUE MEANING OF SMEKDAY.

I would challenge an alien to game of ping pong. If the world were coming to an end, I’d rush home to be with my family.
I would challenge an alien to boxing (since a Grey is probably the only thing I can beat up!) And at the end of the world I’d max out my credit cards! And although its not particularly literary, I’ve always liked Mr. Spook.
